I'm headed out with a buddy on his 999.  Will be there from the 17-19th.  Not sure of the route we're gonna take, first time to Indy.  Looking forward to it.

Never been to an event like this - what do I need to know to go have a great time with a minimum of hassle?

Most anticipated event on my moto calendar!  So many memories every time....King Kenny ripping the 30  yr old two stroke 750 on the Mile, Rossi watching Kenny in awe (like a 10yr old), Nickey bending the Ducati Flat Tracker sideways for fun the night before the GP, and if you never heard a GP bike at full note...it sends chills up my spine every time I hear it! 8)

I'll be there. Went last year. Its great. Ducati has the best setup overall. We should pick a night and have everyone from DMF go to Rathskeller in downtown Indy. That place was amazing. Great food, great beer selection, not pricey, beer garden and it's been there since the 1800's.

The Rathskaller rules... whole Mass Ave area is pretty cool.

My husband and I are going...I can't wait.  Hotel prices downtown are insane this year, though.  We've stayed downtown for the past two years (year before last we were in the Sheraton and our room was actually overlooking the Circle!) but so far everything we've found is at least three times what we paid last year.  Regardless, since we're in Kentucky it's a nice little weekend trip for us - about a six-hour ride taking back roads.

I know pretty much all of the staff across the street at BRT.  You'll often see my yellow Monster parked in front of there, actually.

Yo.  Same guy.

What's our budget, and exactly how many go-go dancers are we talking about here?

My Dreamtime Replica was signed by Vale in 2009. Even have pics with him holding my helmet.

Got DiTR the week before...will have to see what happens. May just take the week between off and take backroads between Ouray and Indy.
