Title: Funnel that filters water out from fuel Post by: thought on March 31, 2012, 07:17:34 AM Saw this in this month's US MCN, might be a good thing to have around the garage for anyone that stores their gas and have a plastic tank.
http://www.mrfunnel.com/Mr._Funnel/Home.html (http://www.mrfunnel.com/Mr._Funnel/Home.html) MCN tested it and said it worked... they poured water into gas and then it filtered out the water from the gas with only tiny amounts that got through. But they also said that it works best on water that has already settled. I don't know if they would work separating oil from gas - I doubt it as it is a solution instead of a suspension.
