I am thinking about a couple SuperSports....curious if any of my upgrades on my 98' Monster would switch right over?
-Brembo Radial masters with Galfer rotors
-DP 2-1 exhaust
Thanks for all advice/opinions
Masters and rotors are a yes.
Exhaust is a no unless you want to modify it.
if you decided to sell your dp 2-1...I'm very interested in buying. Thanks.

I getting that feeling [drink]
Well....
I am going to look at a 99' 900 SS garage kept 6.5K miles...bike looks ultra clean, at least by pics.
Would my Ohlins rear shock & reworked forks swap over?
I hear the SS suspension is rough
Thanks for your help [bow_down]

No and no.
Rear suspension is COMPLETELY different. Forks are too. '98 M900 has the 20mm axle, '99 SS has the 25. '98 M900 has the 40mm caliper mounts, '99 SS has the 65mm caliper mounts. Also the '99 SS forks are longer.

It really is a better bike for your needs down there. [thumbsup]
Hello Brian....
Yeah I know , but for some reason my mind always goes to those SS's!!!
But since nothing but rotors & masters would switch over... It doesn't seem nearly
As desirable.
The M900 is worth more parted out than as a whole, as well :-\
Brian?
Sorry, Ben!!! [bow_down]
lol it's all good.
