it says "custom corbin-pacific seat"....
if it's an aftermarket seat, why would BMW be liable?

It's not unusual to sue the manufacturer of the vehicle as well, particularly when it is unclear which "defect" or which "defects" working in conjunction with each other caused the injury.  For example, imagine if BMW knew that its tank design, combined with an aftermarket seat, resulted in uncontrollable erections.  And then imagine that they failed to provide a BJ-deliverin' chick/dude/farm animal/machine for each BMW sold.  That's sumptin' that could form the basis of a lawsuit against 'em, no?

Nope.  I try to stay away from folks who constantly sport wood.  Which is why I keep declining your offers to babysit.   ;)

Probably a 50-something that bought his first MC and got his first Viagra prescription on the same day....

Says four-hours in the saddle...I always wondered what happened when a chemically induced erection lasted for more than 4-hours  ;D

This is considered a medical emergency. Because of the physiology involved with an erection, your body essentially deprives the tissue of fresh oxygen, potentially resulting in tssue death.
