Title: Ducati 696 - Race/DP ECU Revlimiter?
Post by: metroplex on May 08, 2012, 01:52:08 AM
Has anyone confirmed the revlimiter setting for the Race/DP ECU? It seems to cutoff at 9700 RPM for me. I thought someone said it should be above 10k RPM.

I made a spreadsheet using the factory gearing and tire size, and based on my Ducati data acquisition readings, it's almost spot-on.

I heard the 696 doesn't have enough power to overcome its aero drag, so the top speed is somewhere around 130 mph. In 6th gear, that's just under 9000 RPM?
