Very seismically active region, with a large number of shady buildings. I think the next earthquake that produces large numbers of casualties will be in Istanbul.

Head south then along the coast... great riding all the way to Silifke (just watch out for the killer busses) [thumbsup]Also nice heading back into Greece on the Thessaloniki road to Asprovalta.... Have only been as far south as Fethiye and have heard great things about ballooning down in Cappadocia.
