Title: 916 throttle with after market throttle tube?

will a 916 throttle aseembly, ie fast idle button, work with an after market throttle tube such as the g2? or does the fast idle button act on a notch/catch in the oem 916 throttle tube?

Works fine; been running that setup for the past year on my M900 with no issues.
