Sounds like people will all be able to get Wi-Fi in their cars now. If you think they drive like drunks when they're on their cell phones, just imagine what they'll drive like if they're surfing the web.

If they could only find a way to hook that up to my 848... then I would be set. I can surf and ride! [moto]
one giant leap backwards for mankind.
I (to use todays buzzword), hope, I am the first to be rear-ended (and not in a SacDuc way), by a person with this in their car.
I will sue the shit out of everybody.
no more cup holders
no more plug in ports
no more anything that keeps people from actually paying attention while driving.

I jest about this on my bike... but your comments are true to the letter... if we could put all that crap in the back seats... and then seal the driver compartment off... then the driver could pay attention to driving... but till that is done... it is a total distraction. I remember driving to California while all my passengers watched a movie... you really have to force your attention to the road.
Any of you guys caught yourself trying to watch the TV in another person's car while you're sitting in traffic? :-\ Gotta focus!
Actually i think is a perfect answer to overcrowding. I don't know you about you guys but i think its about time we started thinning out the herd.

yeah, i've done that...
if it distracts me that much, how much attention could they possibly be paying to the road? :P

Unfortunately, when the people doing all this crap in their giant rolling living rooms get in a wreck, they don't kill themselves or other people doing the same thing. It's like reverse Darwinism.

The higher gas prices go, the less rolling living rooms we'll see.
Perhaps they'll sell their living rooms and opt for a monster in the closet...
