Title: Clutch slave
Post by: Eldon on June 15, 2012, 07:40:33 AM
Lokking at aftermarket clutch salves for my s4r because mine is leaking. Looking for opinions on Oberon or evr.
Thanks

The few reviews I've read and opinions in the forum here seem to lean towards the Oberon.

That said, if it's leaking at the case, I fixed mine by removing it and replacing the three o-rings (two small ones on the push-rod and one larger inside the cylinder back). Took about 15 minutes and cost a couple bucks. This was on an '07 Monster.

Is true that a larger bore gets u less stroke. And does it cause a problem with less stroke.

Is true that a larger bore gets u less stroke. Yes, the leverage trade offAnd does it cause a problem with less stroke.  Possibly, depends on OEM bore and proper bleeding and stack height..
