Does anybody have or know of were I can download the schematic diagram of the circut board for the clocks on my s4 any info would appreciated.

It's right alongside the firmware for the ECU, in somebody's computer at Magneti Marelli. Gauges don't count as a serviceable item, so they don't release details.
