My dealer gets 'em here though. More detailed information... http://www.motovationusa.com/mvstore/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=562 (http://www.motovationusa.com/mvstore/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=562) The sweep is much nicer too. If you need even a bit more height, you can probably swap risers with a 796 too without major surgery.  8)

I absolutely hated these bars on my 1100s. They greatly reduced lock to lock distance and didn't care for the sweep angle. They look good though. Just didn't work for me.

Reduced lock is "installer error" IMO. As for sweep, that puts you in the minority. Are you tall with particularly long arms? Come to that, my 6' 3 1/2" son thinks my bars are the "bees knees" compared to his S4Rs bars with 1" risers.

I guess your mileage varied...

I installed them how I wanted them oriented. Which was down and back from stock. I wasn't looking for cruising bars. Could have I installed them without lock interference? Yes, but I find that riding position awkward and uncomfortable. I'm short with a short reach.

If the OP wants to go higher than stock he may enjoy these. Like I said, they didn't work for me.

I'm 5" 8" and the bars in the snap above are still aggressive relative to a "Euro bar" on a "standard" motorcycle. (I still need those knee pads to stay off the tank at low speeds.) Seems you needed clip-ons to begin with. These bars were never intended to be oriented downward like clip-ons. The stock bar has an unnatural wrist angle for most people.

I'll disagree that these bars weren't meant to be oriented downward.  On all the sets I've seen there is a graduated scale on
both sides of the Rizoma logo. You can roll these bars up or down and be in this scale. I'll disagree again that the orientation your photo shows is more agressive than my stock 1100 bars, maybe it is on the 796. I don't see how having higher bars even if they have a greater sweep could be more aggressive.

I'm 5'8" also and I'm happy these worked great for you and your application. Rizoma makes some really nice overpriced stuff and I have more of it than I should. These bars just didn't do it for me.

Never said they were more aggressive than the stock bar. Read that line above again. No desire to get into a pissing match with you. The OP can decide for himself. Most people here like them.

At the time I ordered mine, I only know these are ~ 15mm taller than stock with 50 mm more sweep. You'll need to measure your stock bar and add 15mm. My old bar isn't handy at the moment.
