Title: cheapest way to fix 796 fueling issues? Post by: gitter on August 23, 2012, 10:03:48 AM I read through most of the ecu//fuel controller threads that I could find. I have a nasty flat spot right off of idle after my slip on install. I would like to remedy it without spending an ridiculous amount of money. So I'm wondering what is the most economical way to fix my fueling // lean issues and get the smooth-ish stock throttle feel back.
Thanks Joel Title: Re: cheapest way to fix 796 fueling issues? Post by: Raux on August 23, 2012, 01:20:30 PM powercommander v or a reflash

Post by: brad black on August 25, 2012, 05:42:29 AM ride around for an extended period at constant throttle in the problem area somewhere where it's safe to do so. that way it can tune itself via the closed loop system. if you can't ride it then try to hold the throttle there for a whie in neutral when it's hot.
