I have some good pics of Celli's bike and one other army green one but anyone have pics or links to someone who has done this bob? I plan to do it over the winter but would like some ideas about cleaning up the frame after the cut as well as seat solutions. Tanks..

My eyes are bleeding. Looks like a seat off a HD.

I've seen a clean mod of the existing seat pan, but I have no idea where I saw it... or when.

LOL!!!  Mine too.  I found that pic in my hard drive.  Not exactly sure why I saved it.  Its pretty fugly in my opinion, but I just wanted to give the OP an ugly idea not too chop his subframe.

all of these show the same reason I don't like the Diavel design, no balance.

Exhaust is too long.

I remember one that had an ExBox or Boomtubes, but couldn't find the pic.

That has passenger pegs.

meh, its 2 bolts and that passenger peg bracket is gone  [laugh]

what makes these particular ventures failures in your book, aside from an obvious difference in aesthetic taste?

I love the chopped tail look but there needs to be balance in the exhaust length.  That last one looks nice, but could shorten the exhaust a bit

I am also in to this tail chop  project. I kinda like the one seat version better. If you could post more pix that would be great help for my project   .
I'd like to use the Xg1 exhaust from danmoto "its not too long"

This bike with a 848-1098 seat & Streetfighter passenger cowl & taillight.
Then a small front windscreen....
would be about perfect [thumbsup]
