Title: My new lowerd pegs Post by: BlackdogGS on November 01, 2012, 04:46:02 PM I just got these, they were on order for 6 weeks. I just put them on, have not ridden with them yet. I got them to move the pegs forward a bit not really lower them. Expensive as hell, worth it? Don't know.

They will beat up the person who drove a car in there too. Bike probably won't leave such big tire tracks. Who made these bits? Title: Re: My new lowerd pegs Post by: BlackdogGS on November 02, 2012, 05:46:07 AM I got them here: http://www.whaccessories.com/FootPegLoweringKit.htm. (http://www.whaccessories.com/FootPegLoweringKit.htm.) I'm thinking there the same ones that Twisted Throttle sells. They have 22mm offset. I have a bad knee and wanted a little less knee bend.
I just built the garage and wanted something to seal the floors. I ended up using a 2 part epoxy product. A pain in the ass to install but the results were great. The white reflects a lot of light but does show tire marks, etc. I suspect that after it starts showing wear I won't be so anal about it. It does clean up well with a mop. I'll post a link to the process. |
