Title: Anyone done a metal fabrication workshop?
Post by: Pedro-bot on January 05, 2013, 01:01:46 PM
Tired of just tinkering.

I want to build my own parts, cosmetic to start.

Looking for feedback on weekend workshops. I'm in Texas but willing to travel for the right one.

Here's a look at one I'm considering.

First hand experience feedback greatly appreciated.  [thumbsup]

I went the Mini-Mill route (Grizzly, Harbor Freight, and several others market the machines).

It'll easily fit in a closet (or on the kitchen counter, depending where you like to work on your bike  ;D )
