Title: S4R resr sprocket removal
Post by: f512bb on January 09, 2013, 04:33:29 PM
I'm replacing the sprockets and chain on my 05 S4R and for the life of me i can't rear sprocket nut off. Any tips???? The nut isn't reverse threaded by any chance?

No, not reverse threaded.

Usually they're quite tight, requiring a serious impact driver to remove.

Try some penetrating oil, that helps.
