Title: de-forced monsters
Post by: kokis on April 23, 2013, 02:37:00 PM
Is it true that Ducati de-forces monsters to qualify higher ecology standards?
I heard that they might have delayed ignition\throttle to warm up catalisators, and lean fuel mix.
Is that true?

Maybe.  What?  Yes.  And Yes it is true (although maybe not in exactly those technical terms).

Moreso if you are running Termis on a stock ecu.

Water in pipes is normal for a catalist exhaust. Especially if the engine was run without fully heating up the cats. No clue as to the de-tune.
