Title: master link slightly tight
Post by: scduc on May 04, 2013, 06:37:08 PM
What sort of problems may I experience? Not stiff, but slightly stiffer than the rest. Don't really want to buy another master, but if that's the best thing then so be it.

I had the same problem. Got too wiley with the rivet tool and I caused a tad of binding. It's gonna make the masters life shorter.
I just got a new master and was more gentle about installation the second time.
I suggest you do the same. It's a relatively easy fix.

spend 5 bucks for new master. Save your chain + sprockets and overall safety [leo]
