Title: Anyone in Maine up for an adventure in late July?
Post by: Buckethead on July 03, 2008, 04:27:11 PM
I've got a crazy plan that involves a Sport Classic, 10 lbs of salmon, a Victorian tea house, and lots and lots of twisties. July 24-27th.

Anyone interested?

Partial trip is possible. I'm trying to get up to the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia. I have a 4-day weekend. I am insane.

Ride route. wow thats alot in 4 days..
insane,,maybe.
last time i traveled from Milford to Bailyville, it was on the "stud mill road",[dirt]
i heard rt 9 has been up graded. was allways a nice road.
might be able to ride with you from Holden to Calais.
i'm 10 mins north of Bangor by Pushaw lake.
could be at the intersection of rt46 and 1a in 30 min.
you would be going through on thursday.
still don't know my scehdual.
working 7 to 10 days this comming week, 12 to 16 hours a day, starting sunday.
it's tough putting 10 days in a work week..

i grew up here, was a ski bum in Colorado for years, and now im back here.
might give up skiing/snowboarding all together  :P

My passport is packed next to my travelogue notebook. My cell phone and camera are on their respective chargers. My sleeping arrangements are made.

All I have to do is make it through work today. This is going to be a looooooooong day.
