Title: Public thanks to MotoWheels and to Monster Parts. Post by: Skybarney on May 14, 2013, 11:48:15 AM I just wanted to say out loud how great these two companies have been to deal with. I ask a lot of stupid questions and they still talk to me. Moto Wheels gets a bit more business because I live ten miles away. Monster Parts gets business as the shipping is unreal fast. Today I had a tracking number within twenty minutes of placing my order for the exhaust hanger. At Moto Wheels I can usually touch the bits before I buy. With Jeff I get the parts so fast it's often silly.

Usually, all you hear online is bad experiences - more important to complain than to praise, so it seems. MonsterParts IS Jeff and his staff, he'll go out of his normal path to try and accommodate you; MW is a larger gig, questions answered fast, processing is also fast, but, MonsterParts, wins hands down on shipping !!!
