I put termi high mounts on my 2002 M750, and chopped the cans to match the tail chop. They sound great, but I was on the bike for 3 hours or so the other day and after awhile I thought it'd be nice if she were a little quieter. I don't have the termi baffles, and can't find them used. I found some these baffles on EBay, but I don't want to choker her.

I also found these. Any idea if they work? Anyone try these?

Any other ideas?
Thanks
I recently installed Termis on my M1100 EVO and, honestly, I think it runs better with the db killers installed.
U mean unistalled?
no, a lot of people say with the db-killers in the bike can run better.
I am also interested in baffles / db-killers
From my experience baffles (DB killers) help these bikes run better as it introduces back pressure into the system which helps better match the fueling of the restrictive stock exhaust (lots of back pressure). In order to have the bike run better with no DB killer additional fuel is required (reflash or PCV) to match this additional air flow.

Yeah, I get a lot of popping on decel with the db killers out and by popping I mean it sounds like gunshots. With them in the bike runs a lot better, no popping and it isn't nearly as tiring to ride either.
I removed them yesterday and went for a ride with them out and it just rides so much better with them in. Plus, I don't get startled by setting off car alarms as I ride down the street.
Will ride with baffles tomorrow and check this out. Exhaust sounds like I am riding machinegun. [wine]
My M750 is fine without baffles. No backfires or anything. She runs great. I just want to quiet her down a little.

Is your bike carb'd? Would make a difference if your bike was jetted for the pipes you have. Just installing Termis on the newer FI bikes with the Termi ECU it might not be able to cope with the open pipes as well as with the DB killers in. I think this setup was designed to run best with the DB killers installed.
on the first generation Monsters most of the restriction is in the crossover. Slip-ons have little effect.
My M750 is a 2002 with FI. I bought ther termis used. I like the look, like the sound, but would like to have a little less sound. Here she is. She has Rizoma reverse retro mirrors on her now, that work well. I'm trying to get the bard ends not to rotate (another thread on that PIA)

Tried to run with baffles today. It is like sky and ground, feels more comfortable [Dolph] [Dolph] [Dolph]
But I must say that baffle-out system roar's so sex. [bow_down] [bow_down]
Is there anywhere to get those baffles shown by OP state side?
