all done it only cost me $5 to do so that was freakin nice haha.

yeah the metal was the only cost in this project.
i might eventually go back and use a thicker gauge metal though this is a little thin and flimsy. i think what i have on there is 26g.
that's a sweet bracket, and it beats paying a hundred bucks from a parts site.
i tried making my own bracket but was way off from the start since i was aluminium. it was way too flimsy and thought it was going to shit itself. what kind of metal did you use?
haha i was actually going to try to use aluminum at first also till i got to lowes and saw how much cheaper the steel was lol.
but i just got a big sheet of 26g steel (also too flimsy) if i were to do it again (which i might) i would def use something thicker. el matador who makes some has told me he used 16g, so i might try that one out.
