Title: Too flashy? Post by: DexterMorgan on June 01, 2013, 06:05:49 AM I am really wanting to swap out the Termignoni decal on my new carbon fiber pipes. I came across two different ones that I like. Just not sure if I want ANY chrome on this bike or not....I swore when I bought it that I wouldn't let chrome near it but I do like this decal.

I definitely prefer no decals at all to the red/white/blue originals. This is only one man's opinion but I think one should never place faux carbon stickers on anything... your termis and your Monster deserve better. The fake carbon Termi decals actually do come up lookin' pretty good... and way better than the genuine vinyl decals which come as stock on your oh-so-precious Termi cans ;).IIRC, Nate's "toomuchmoney" decals are the outline only - no backing.... so if the fake CF does offend your eyes then those decals allow the glory of the underlining real carbon fibre to show through [thumbsup]. Post by: Skybarney on June 03, 2013, 08:47:56 AM Any motorcycle built on or after January 1st 2013 can not have the emissions system modified in any way whatsoever. my 2013 Evo was actually built at the tail end of 2012 as it does not have the EPA stamp on the stock exhaust. If/when I get busted for the pipe I am going to have to prove it was a 2012 build......
The Republic of Kalifucya; saving the world one tailpipe at a time..... Years ago I had my truck pass smog with flying colors. When the mechanic lifted the hood he failed my truck as my K&N intake did not have an EPA sticker. I had to go home, install the stock setup and return to be retested. It barely passed...........
