I have about 300 miles on a new set of Pirelli Diablo Corsa's and noticed the visible contrast between the compounds of the tire. Wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similiar.
I threw out an email to Pirelli and received a response to have the dealer check it out.

Thats normal. My bridgestones do the same thing. Thats the border with the softer compound at the edges. If you have a triple compound tire you should technically see 2 lines. Looks like you have a double.
It is a biggest Chicken strip ;D ;D ;D
Nothing odd there.
Just wait untill you get this kind of wear.

I'm starting to see some line like these, but nothing's comming loose yet.

Yeah, reminds me a bit about what happened to Rossi and some others in MotoGP a last year with the bridgstones.

Hopefully the link posted by IdZer0 is not the fate of this tire as I had a couple track days planned. Looks like I'll just keep an eye on it in the meantime.
Completely normal for multi-compound tires.

Lines running circumferentially?
Hrm... lilke that is not looking good to me. A color change liek the OPs photo is fine. But little grooves or divisions... I'd be concerned.
And in the headbehindthebubble photos - dude needs to sort his suspension out. It aint; right.
While I'm on it-
Go - watch - ask questions, it can be a touch hard to follow the vid if you're not familiar with suspension tweaking
