Title: Cool bars Post by: SpikeC on June 15, 2013, 06:21:11 PM I just installed these cool bars on my 1100S:

If I ever jettison the clipons, they'll be the replacement. Title: Re: Cool bars Post by: Chucko9-696 on June 16, 2013, 06:17:10 AM +1
I have a set of the suburban mach. bars i like them [drink] Title: Re: Cool bars Post by: Skybarney on June 16, 2013, 07:10:21 AM Nice bars, But damn that mount for the Givi bag is grotesque.............. Sad because I really wanted a Givi bag but I simply can't stand the giant mount plate on the new Evos's.
Title: Re: Cool bars Post by: Heath on June 16, 2013, 08:39:18 AM Do they sweep back more than stock?
Title: Re: Cool bars Post by: SpikeC on June 16, 2013, 09:55:53 AM They have more angle than stock, and are a bit more forward and down.
Title: Re: Cool bars Post by: SpikeC on June 16, 2013, 10:49:56 AM I don't like the Givi mount either, butt the bag is just so handy and convenient!
Plus, my Ducky is a pack mule! Title: Re: Cool bars Post by: Dannyboy on June 17, 2013, 07:42:42 AM The SM bars are the single best mod I've done to my bike. They completely changed the handling for the better.
Title: Re: Cool bars Another view Post by: SpikeC on June 17, 2013, 04:30:12 PM the nice thing about these bars is that they bring the center of balance forward a bit, a good thing. the bad part is that the holes for the switch gear are not in the best place. I removed the peg in the left housing and like the position better.
