Title: CREATE YOUR OWN FENDER ELIMINATOR? OR BUY? Post by: jdliquid on June 22, 2013, 10:15:28 AM Hey guys.
Spoke to some folks at Revzilla that have the same bike ('06 S2R Dark 800) [thumbsup] and he suggested I can rig up my fender eliminator. I was about to buy Competition Werks, and he mentioned he just made his own. Anyone know of great interactive "how to video" to install / possibly create your own fender eliminator kit? I just received the moto dynamic integrated tail light and would like to install. I watched an instructional video from monstertailchop.com but it required cutting. Is there any way around this? or does the back support frame under the seat need to be cut? Thank a mil. It's nice out today and was looking to devote it to my girl. Charlotte ;D Pics to follow after I wash her today. Title: Re: CREATE YOUR OWN FENDER ELIMINATOR? OR BUY? Post by: kuzemko on June 22, 2013, 11:12:16 AM Looking through posts and on eBay, I've seen home made ones if you have metal working tools. Doesn't look too hard for a small bracket that you can make to bolt into existing holes. I ordered one but that's because I have no tools for such a project.
