Title: Re: Oak Tree down at VIR Post by: ducatiz on July 03, 2013, 06:34:10 AM Seems there are a lot of oak trees succumbing to the weather lately -- and a lot of them are sick trees.
We have 1.5 acres and took down 14 trees when we got the property to open up some space in the back yard (14 out of 34 trees on the property!) Of the 14 we took down, 8 of them were oaks and of those 8, 5 of them were sick -- losing bark, etc -- and a couple of those had hollow trunks (eek!) |
