My Ducabike did not (or I lost it) :( I'm wondering if you could post up a pic of yours so I can attempt to make one. I can't get my new clutch slave to work without it and I spent 2 hours dicking with it today till I realized why [bang]

Check monster parts and maybe give Mark a call at the Duc Shop to see if they have one they'll drop in the mail for you.
