In the spirit of starting this thing early I've been thinking a bit about(I love this language) different places to meet and here is what I'm thinking:
!) Roznovsky's Hamburger- typical burger joint, super quiet, one tv, a half dozen 30 year old arcade games, varies dead animals hanging on the wall. Beer is limited and burgers are cheap. on the corner of 34th and tc jester
2) Christian's Totem- bit more active, badass burgers, replace the single tv w/ several tv's, and the dead animals w/ truck tailgates and beer advertisements. I-10 and Washington
3) Mary's Lebanese Cuisine- super mixed crowd i.e. high school to baby boomers, hookah, food I know nothing about, no dead animals or truck parts, large outside patio. richmond near fountainview
Truth be told, I just wanted to start the thread early, I don't give a shit where it be...... [beer]
number 1 sounds like my kind of place actually! mom and pop actually there and say hello too?? ???
Number 3 sounds like it could be some good food, mixed crowd and patio is always nice, i'm sure we'd get a few comments while there [thumbsup]
Maryz is the shizzznit!
David, you would totally dig the food at that place... The only problem is that Frank and Joe may be "too old" for the "high school" crowd that goes there... Apparently 25-30 Y.O. go to high school...

I don't mind the high school crowd. So long as someone reminds me to bring my permission slip. Actually anywhere that's 21 and up is cool with me. ;)
OMG, my vote totally goes to Roznovsky's!! Good stuff. I went to high school with the daughter of the owners. I haven't heard from her in a while but it'd be cool to go by there.

hotttttttttttttttttt... or at least she was the last time i saw her. redhead, too.
I vote for #2, Christian's Totem. [thumbsup] ----> Never been there but it sounds like a cool joint. That and you guys are starting to scare me with the stalker thread regarding the Roznovsky daughter. :-X
Let's vote already, July 10 is coming up ;D
Christian's Totem has phenomenal burgers but parking is a bit tough and they tow from Denny's next door. I still vote for Roznovsky's.
damn it, I forgot I'm going to video games live at jones hall that night...
parking has the potential to be problematic @ christian's totem, but the burgers are too fn great. I withdraw my previous I don't give a shit, it's christian's totem for me

I thought the Guadalupe was running low 'cause of the scant rainfall. Good luck with the exposed rocks.
Yeah, maybe clear up a day in the calander for the maintenance day. Should be here pretty soon.
We got some decent rainfall a few days ago in Dallas, so maybe it's trickled on down to New Braunfels
Darn. It's going to rain again tonight, so I'll be caging it. Joe, if you wanna stop by and we can go in 1 car that would be awesome!

I'm downtown right now. I'll swing by in a bit.

Actually we floated the Comal today, so there were no issues with rocks today. We're staying at the campground in town on the Guadalupe and it seems fine here.
I'm lobbying the wife to let me get a toyhauler so I can bring the Duc camping.
;D
leaving in 15...

Did the Minister of Home Affairs decree that you had to be home? Chris, Brook, Jesus, and I had a good time. Sorry more couldn't come and that I was late!

Nah, my sister and bro-in-law were in town for business and stayed much later than they anticipated. They asked for me to join them for dinner, kinda hard to say no. :P

I have no excuse :( I was rebuilding my laptop and wireless network and just got lazy and tired to do anything after that.
Too lazy to have beer and food!? Say it ain't so!
