Cycle Gear has a screaming sale on battery tenders. Well knock off battery tenders anyway. I just bought one myself. They are basically half off if you buy anything else in the store.

The bigger one? I don't really understand the difference...

The specs don't look any different on the page.  Maybe it charges faster because it's BIGGER.  Anyway, I got the BT jr. hooked up to my car in the garage, and it charged the battery overnight.  I will say the quality of the product is much higher than the battery tender I got from Wal-Mart, but the WM charger has been working fine for me for over a year now.  I have 6 things in my garage that would benefit from a trickle charger, so that's why I bought the BT jr. so that I could have 2 of them going instead of 1.

Junior has a lower charging rate.  Also note they now carry chargers for different types of batteries.

I guess as long as it charges fast enough to keep it from dying over the winter I'm good with it :).

Why I will no longer shop at Cycle Gear.  The place has turned into the BILT store.  Crap gear everywhere.  Look on their website and go to the store and they have very little of the name brand stuff in "regular" sizes.  I tried to order some Mesh pants and three tries over four months and they still could not get it.  Went in to buy a first gear heated jacket and all they had was Bilt brand crap.


BILT is CRAP and I will no longer support the store in any way.
