I use a SpeedyMoto tool to remove the wheels on my Monster1100S. It works well but is made of steel and is too heavy to carry on the bike. Who makes one out of aluminum? I'll keep looking in the mean time. Thanks
I've not heard of an aluminum one.

Where's the easy button when you need it?

Thanks, that's what I need.
Just wondering why you wanna carry one on the bike (and how you'll exert the required leverage to loosen 176Nm worth of ball breakingly tight wheel nut with on-the-bike tools)?
I can always find a breaker bar, its the sockets I can never find. It's a nice tool to have around if you actually ride your bike.
Especially in 'Murica... where a local shop wanted to charge me extra because it was a single-sided swingarm...
"Ah doan know much about them far'n bikes. Dew-kah-tee... doan they make dirtbikes?"
Bike shops can be found, but bike shops with the right socket are usually only found in big cities (although I have run across at least one in the backwoods that was well-equipped).
After giving this considerable cosideration I think it would be a good idea for Starbucks to stock Ducati specific tools. I thought of this while I was in Starbucks this morning. Make sense?

Also have to include BMW tools... and stock final drives and driveshafts.

A four foot breaker bar ;) Just curious.
I have the same steel Speedymoto tool as you but never felt the need to carry during the 23,000kms so far [thumbsup].
