I've got an "Unsafe Start" ticket... written up for 10 miles an hour.Officers words, "You weren't swerving, you weren't going over the speed limit, you made a complete stop, BUUUUTTTT you left that intersection a bit fast, you didn't break traction just a bit too fast..." I was like... "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh............" $191 fine. Gotta love it! I got a exhibition of speed 5 years ago or so in wet weather going 30 in a 45 and not racing anyone. The officer said that he heard my wheels loose traction so it was a instant exhibition of speed. It was around the time when those fast and the furious movies came out and Milpitas was having a huge issue with those teens racing there import cars. I was made an example of basically. I went to court and it was reduced to speeding... going 30 in a 45 and a illegal right turn. Don't ask me why they threw in that one but it was a 2 point offense rather than something more severe ??? |
