Title: Quick Question - Should My Clutch Rod Have This..... Post by: TitanMonsterS4R on October 05, 2013, 03:34:41 PM Ordered and received a new clutch rod from the dealer for my 06 Monster S4R. When I looked at it, it seemed odd, is this what it's supposed to look like? The one currently in my bike doesn't have that little horizontal pin. Hmmm.....

[bang] Which it isn't, well, at least until you drive the pin out. Then it will fit. Fully support the pushrod when you drive the pin out, it's a tight fit. I'd like to hear what Henry Ford would say. |
