Title: Show new topics & show new replies gone from top of page

Is this just me? The last two days the links for those two options have not been there.

Click on the white square (with green/red "plus" ) to the right of the date/time display in the upper right corner of the page.

That toggles the topics/replies display.

I wouldn't say dumb, it's not very intuitive where it's located on the right side.
