Title: Belt Tensioner Pulleys w/out Embedded Nut

The one I knew before, my bike, after.
Is there a tool to help turning and tensioning the latter?
Maybe something which fits those holes in the pulley ...

the factory tool has a couple of pins.

Actually, I doubt it is going to maneuver, especially in the tight spaces of the vertical cylinder.

 Well, for 5 bucks it would at least give you a starting point for fabing up your own tool!
