Title: Wheel bearings - same for all 1997 - 2001 Rims for M750?
Post by: MikeH on October 14, 2013, 06:23:01 PM
Hello. I want to replace my front and rear wheel bearings on my 1998 750 Monster.  On ebay in Australia I can find new bearings for 2000 and onwards, but no 1998 wheel bearings are ever listed.  Can anyone confirm that 2000 bearings will work? I did not think the front and read brembo rims changed from 1997 through 2001?  Thanks in advance, Mike

Welcome.

Pretty sure that 2K up has a 25mm hollow axle, where your '98 has a 17mm solid axle.

Don't think they'll work.

Those bearings are a common standard size.

Any decent bearing supplier should have them in stock, or should be able to get them.
