I have a pair of puma ducati boots that I bought second hand and needed some small parts for them. The person I bought them from had a name and number of an importer for puma boots if I ever needed any parts. We'll almost 4 years later I finally called the guy w/o answer and left my info. I was directed to them a few years ago when the "fancy" screws on my puma boots with five holes started to come loose... Guys were helpful on the phone. And that was when I was introduced to blue loctite and snap ring pliers ;)
