Thinking of a pre Christmas gathering for a pizza up at Road Warriors, Old Pacific Hwy, say Saturday 30th November around 5-6pm. Expressions of interest most welcome. The date and time isn't set in concrete as yet, just putting out there.

Better ... hopefully it is a good enough excuse to escape from a family thing planned for earlier in the day. The only unknown at the moment is uncertainty around work commitments ... so our availability may change.

  Ok, official date is Saturday, 30th November at Road Warriors, 5-6pm. They have their pizza oven up and running, Betty, they have extended hours now......?   Best i check.

This event is growing as i type here, an overseas guest has already expressed interest.        [thumbsup]

A cynic might think, he is sucking up to a couple of coasties, with a very nice backyard/ barbeque area, and are experts at catering for large crowds of freeloaders, as a cheaper venue. ;)

I do hear he is a dab hand with a paint brush,so well worth considering. :-*

Will there be more Coasties along? Because we are definitely not experts at catering for anything.

We could definitely do with some painting being done though.

People, it's still on for this Saturday afternoon/night, around 5-6pm, rain hail or shine. If the weather holds out then a pre pizza run up to the slab and back could be in order.  Warriors is open till 8 so we won't be rushed. Tricolore's are allowed btw   [roll]

I usually have a lot of luck with the weather so leave that part to me     [thumbsup]

Looks like a decent turn out.

I'm pretty sure I saw Betty and Jukie coming down the freeway mid morning on my way up the coast for the kiddies party.

Would have been them Matty as they came from Sydney with Andy in tow.

Was a good turnout, Rob S, Paul, Betty/Mark, Jukie/Julie, Paul, Mark [roll],  Rendang/Steve, Paul, and self. Whoops, add  Darren on his 749 please.
Should be made an obligatory annual event as it was a great afternoon/night, must do it more often.

If it was the last (Berowra to Wahroonga) section then probossibly. We had family Christmas obligations down in your part of the world ... hence our relative lateness in getting back to Mount White.
