Post by: alansean on July 09, 2008, 11:29:10 AM
Anyone have a source for Wheel Bearings? Where can I get them in stock? Some place local?

Isn't there a "Prescott Valley Bearing House" around there somewhere... ;D

Actually I just got some bearings when I rebuilt my wheels a couple months ago.  There was a bearing house in town who had two brands in stock for the size/quality I needed.  I had the guy pull one of each so i could compare the contruction/seals, etc., and then bought them.  Let me see if I can figure out which place it was.

Here it is:

US Bearings & Drives‎
3905 W Van Buren St # 2
Phoenix, AZ 85009
(602) 269-2331
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=bearings&sll=33.538533,-112.035828&sspn=0.259264,0.475159&ie=UTF8&z=11&iwloc=A

They were cheaper than the Ducati place first tried to order from, who in turn was on backorder from Italy, for a pretty common bearing.  I bet they would ship them up to you.
