Title: Monster fairing
Post by: pronto41 on June 25, 2014, 01:44:06 PM
I have a 1968 750 naked Monster & wanting to add a headlight fairing from a 900 Monster that I purchased on ebay. My question is what brackets are necessary & where would I purchase from ? Any suggestions appreciated.

I may be one of the biggest dopes on the board but I'm pretty certain there was no monster from 1968. Did you mean 1998?

Check out the link below. Part# 40-MFB. You will need to have the stock top triple and possibly longer bolts for this to work.

Hi, sorry for nil responses guys, computer issues.  Memper, yep mate your correct I meant a 1998 monster, 1968 burned into my brain, a bad year for me in Vietnam, sry.  Wataboy your correct & thanks, the 40-MFB does the job beautifully. I purchased a set from Ecsducati, & a real pleasure to deal with & Steve who was fantastic with his patience & customer service, I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive here in Oz but well worth it.  Cayman, I would post a photo if I knew how, maybe I need a lesson or two & then I could post the finished product.  Thanks guys for your feedback, appreciated.

Could you post a link as to where you found them, and explain the install process?
