Title: Rizoma Passenger Pegs
Post by: StephenC on July 07, 2014, 10:57:11 PM
I'm looking for advice.  I have a M1100S and the previous owner had kindly upgraded to the Rizoma rear-sets.  My son is a few years off being old enough to ride pillion but I thought I'd investigate my options.  I don't have the original rear-sets (and they are so ugly I'm not paying money for a set) so let's just rule that option out.  As I see it that leaves me with the option of the S&P

or the Rizoma

I think I prefer the look of the Rizoma (though the photos of the pieces doesn't look quite the same as the photos I have seen of them mounted on the bike) but am worried that they will be much harder to install.  It looks like the bolt onto an existing mount on the Rizoma rear-set and to the bottom mount of the subframe, where it attaches to the engine.

I'm guessing this is not a bolt you just pull out to fit something.  Anybody have any experience of this install?  Or better photos of the two sets with high mount exhausts (I have the Termignoni's)?

Thanks
