Title: 800 S2R Mods
Post by: Uba Tracker on August 05, 2014, 04:13:31 AM
Hi all,
I'd like to ditch the stock indicators for something a bit better looking but can't afford Rizoma. Has anyone done a blinker upgrade on a budget?

I'm very happy with these http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/MINIVIPER/Elec-Signals/MINIVIPER.html (http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/MINIVIPER/Elec-Signals/MINIVIPER.html)

Very visible - better than LEDs in my opinion (not up close, but from a normal traffic distance)

Follow the link above, full allow body, no resistor, halogen globe.

Have them on my S4r look fab!

Thanks for the info [thumbsup]. Wouldn't mind a lever upgrade either, any suggestions?

Many options from our sponsors. I've been happy with my CRGs.

For your master cylinders - look for 'large pivot' (the size of the bolt the lever pivots around)

If/when you change them: DO NOT DROP the tiny black plastic piece that sits between the lever and brake light switch. PLUS: make sure the levers are adjusted properly!!!!!  http://www.ducatisuite.com/leverchange.html (http://www.ducatisuite.com/leverchange.html)

They look nice, but none of them are for the S2R
