Title: "I've never heard one before" Post by: McMatt on August 25, 2014, 02:39:30 PM Just got back from my first road trip on the new Monster. After stopping for lunch on the road one day, there was a fellow (probably 50-60 yrs old) that came up to me, complimented me on the bike, and walked with me to it. We got talking about it a bit, and then he said "I've never heard one before. The valves...I've read so much about those valves, but I've never heard them." Of course, I made sure to fulfill his wish. ;D Guess I was shocked by the fact that someone was so interested in the desmo valves instead of the usual "Uh, what's a Ducati?"
