Title: M620 tacho snd speedo stopped working Post by: mr.freezer on September 16, 2014, 01:58:41 AM Hi guys.. ma tachometer and speedometer stopped working... when I turn it on it goes 0-260, but it does not show speed and does not count KMs... I found melted wires from sensor, repaired it, but did not help... what else to check??

Title: Re: M620 tacho snd speedo stopped working Post by: Howie on September 17, 2014, 11:30:42 AM First, check the fuse. The speed sensor is Hall effect. Key on, spin rear wheel. You should get voltage at terminal 2.

I checked the 5A fuse that is labeled as "SPEED".. it is blown... [bow_down]... now the last problem... left side of turn signals... something is wrong in dash...

But I cant find the 5 amp fuse for the speed sensor. It's not in my fuse box. Is it different on an '05 620 Dark? The wiring diagram in the Haynes manual says there should be one but I cant find it. Wierd.
