My new ecu after the reflash has 2 stickers on it.. Which is the correct one?
Also there is two unconnected harness behind the ecu. Anyone know what these are for?

There isn't a sticker which normally goes onto an ECU after re-flashing (at least not that I've seen). The 2 stickers in your photo are the original from when the ECU was new from Ducati. The Ducati Performance ECU's have a different sticker than the 'SB18DZ12' one you have.
I know there is a single, two-wire connector near the ecu which is used for the service scan tool to communicate with the ECU. I'm not sure of the 2nd one you're mentioning.

Yes s2r
Sometimes Ducati re-purposed ECUs, mine is also like that, has a sticke with tiped numbers above the metallic one . . . mine was from a 999 ended up being a M620
the top sticker is the ducati software #. the other is the ecu sticker from marelli. some flashers don't put a label on saying what it is. i generally do, but not always, esp if i'm just disabling the immo. is there another sticker on the other side.
