Title: Question about Dupont lube Post by: uclabiker06 on July 12, 2008, 07:38:12 PM Recently switched from Maxima to Dupont Teflon lube and was wondering if its O-ring safe.

If your can is like mine and you look at the right side of the label, between the big letters that say "DUPONT Teflon MULTI-USE" and the little tiny letters that tell you not to spray it at a fire or rest the can on a space heater, you should see a little red circle with a white inside and black letters that say "O-RING SAFE."
