Cross Country in a Gasser 1955 Chevy with a Hemi! - Roadkill Ep. 30 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOcJuiQx5JA&sns=em#)
I like how on the third day they had "Almost no Problems"
But I'm glad those guys can have that adventure and be shell shocked in that thing after 2,500 miles and not me. These days I would opt for this sort of thing. Especially since I have an older one sitting in my driveway.

I kind of wish they had set up the suspension on that 55 a little different. That's definitely gutsy to just take off like that. Even more Gutsy if they had no support vehicles.
Weak sauce. :-*

Well go drive it in another thread.
One of the other things I thinking about that video was all of the people that have driven it in the past and the lack of old nasty stuff under the seats. It's all cleaned up now.
I love that '55. :) What I really love is that they crammed a hemi in it instead of a plain boring BBC (hence the car's name). ;D
Reminds my of my panhead, so impractical and painful, but so damn cool and fun at the same time.
Those guys are nuts. [laugh]
It's a really cool car, and a good show. [thumbsup]
Reminds me of Two Lane Blacktop.
Probably my favorite movie of all time, especially when I was younger. I remember traveling down the NYS Thruway at triple digits and having the trooper blow through the median and grass to come after me. [laugh] Ah, good times.
Last week on my way back from El centro to San Diego, a 350Z passed me doing about 140, driver and passenger both waving their hands out the window in the breeze. Ah days gone past. [thumbsup]
Looks like fun!
Two Lane Blacktop... Need to watch that.

Good flick-I saw it when I was fairly young-I had never heard of James Taylor before, and from my current understanding, it was his only movie.
This made for at least one interesting conversation later in life.
Listening to music:
"Who is this?"
"James Taylor"
"The actor?"
Never seen it.

You're dead to me.
He's a late bloomer, exclusion allowed. [thumbsup]
It never comes on TV. They always play the Road Warrior instead.
I have seen...dude, where's my car?
I think
