Anything authorized for a Honda. They know as much or more about aluminum engines as anyone.

Why?  Just change the oil and filter regularly.

I was thinking coolant flush when I responded. Maybe the OP had to use spigot water once or twice or had to use an off-brand coolant, but then decided to flush the system just to make sure there wasn't any calcium or hard mineral build up.
We all tend to go overboard on our bikes, so maybe this kept him up late at night...

The 696 is air-cooled.

Thank you all, well this is my story: I need to engine flush because the oil is dirty, and by dirty I mean coca cola color... I have changed it 2 times,  at 3200 ( when I got it,it was at a yard covered with dirt ), at 6500 ( I could not wait for the 7,500 service due to some oil leaks ) and now I need to change it again, I have been commuting ( 150 miles everyday ) and visiting clients, dirt roads ( rural areas - multistrada mode ON ) and I really need to change the oil... I can feel the change now that I have been putting her under such conditions, besides I see all ducs out there with yellow oil at the oil window, while mine "coca cola flavor"  [thumbsdown] so I need to get all the shit out, so please I need to know if I could use regular car engine flush, just cutting the time ( instead of 90 seconds, maybe 45 ?¿ ) thank youuuu

there is nothing wrong with your bike.  change the oil and filter a couple of times, if there is carbon in the engine, you don't need to "flush" it out..

It's a wet clutch so friction material gets in the oil as well. My oil has been coca cola flavored for 30k miles. Even after one day's commute it starts to get dark again. You'll be fine.
