part number is 70010111B, MSRP is 7.99

readily available at any dealership.  they should have it in stock, if not its a 3 day from italy at no cost.

Not sure if it's just a Perth thing or Australia wide but you go to a Ducati dealership here and they aren't interested in selling you a small ticket part for a bike that's 20 years old!

My nearest dealer you walk in, the girl behind the parts counter will be on the phone to a friend telling them how wasted she got on the weekend and what a killer hangover she has now.  Once she's off the phone and I asked for a "wigget for a 93 Monster please" she'll tell me "we don't stock parts that old". I then ask "can I order one please", she'll inform me "it's gotta come from Italy!" I'll say "that's fine", she'll respond "it will take 8 to 12 weeks and freight in $100 minimum".

I walk out and order what I'm after on Fleabay!

You can backorder parts like that from the Melbourne dealer if they are still available from Italy (8341 2900).
Good luck.

I've ordered them from Fleabay, looking back my response to Nibor wasn't very clear! Just seven minutes after I made the original post Nibor responded after he had found them on Fleabay.  After clinking on the link attached to Nibor's post they came up and I brought four of them ;D

Once again, cheers Nibor legendary result  [bow_down]

its a pretty universal part. lots of small parts from old monsters were used on multiple models, this one was used up until 2012 on hypermotards

hahaha.. simply beautifull! :) for a car!   ;D ...

Frasers pretty much forget anything 10 years and older. After that your on your own.
If you cant do the services ect yourself, you have to get someone like Protwin or Corse to do it.
Frasers dont stock (well... in Perth) a lot of bits for more recent bikes, let alone the older stuff!!

If there is any rubber at all left on the threaded part, clean it off really well and super glue it.  Super glue works, well, super, on that kind of rubber.

I've used automotive weatherstrip adhesive with good success.
