Charlie Boorman (who rode with Ewan Mcgregor in the Long Way Round and the Long Way Down) is on his latest adventure, and will be riding into Sydney from Woollongong on the 22nd July and is after as many people as possible to join him. The only details I know at this stage are meeting at Flagstaff Hill Park, Woollongong at 7:30am, and it is planned to arrive in Sydney at 11am. I don't know what route will be rode, but I have emailed for more information, and if I can find out more, I'll provide an update. I'm planning on being there, and it would be great to catch up with any other members of this forum who want to join in. PS - did a full day on a 1098 on the roads north of San Fran and I must say - I MISS MY MONSTER! My nuts hurt - I need to stop every hour or so as the 1098 is just not a touring bike. But it will be great to ride it on the parade lap a Laguna Seca though! See you guys soon!
